How to Buy
If you would like to place an individual order via
phone or fax for any Vividata product, please either call us
at 510-658-6587 Ext. 107 or fax your order to 510-658-6597.
Purchase Orders
For the majority of our products and services, Vividata accepts purchase
orders from established businesses, educational institutions, and US government
offices that total $1000 or more. This must be accompanied by a hardcopy
of the purchase order prior to order processing. Orders for less than $1000
can be purchased with Visa or Mastercard, or in the case of international
orders, via wire transfer.
All purchase orders must include the following:

Purchase order number

Company Name

"Bill-To" and "Ship-To" addresses

Authorized signature

Buyer's name, telephone/fax number, and email address

Net30 payment terms

FOB Origin freight terms
All orders will be charged the appropriate sales tax unless we have your approved tax exempt certificate on file.
Purchase orders should be sent either by fax to 510-658-6597 or by email to Vividata Sales.
Payment
Orders are processed once payment terms have been met. For payment, we accept
U.S. corporate and personal checks, bank cashier's checks, wire transfers,
international money orders, Master Card, and Visa.
Guarantee
We proudly offer an unconditional refund policy: If within 30 days from the
date of delivery of our software you determine that you will not be able
to use it, then you may request a full refund. We ask only that you notify
us in writing, including your reason. We will immediately issue you a refund
or credit, less any costs of shipping, and deductions for media not in
new, resaleable condition.
Licensing
Our products are covered by a "break seal" software license agreement.
In general, each of the products is sold as a "run-time unit" license,
each one of which is good for one "concurrent running instance".
Our software products use a run-time license manager. Each license "key" can
float on a network (or not if you so desire). License keys can be given that
expire (e.g. "evals" and not-yet-paid orders, and non-expiring
for fully-paid orders).
